1What is braxby?

braxby is a personal events concierge. It learns your taste from your calendar and what you actually went to, and tells you about concerts, shows and local events you'd hate to miss, at home and on your trips. It writes to you first, at most once a day, instead of waiting to be searched.

2Is braxby a concert alert app?

That's where it started. Tell braxby the artists you never want to miss, or let it learn them from your calendar and listening, and it tells you when they announce a show near you or near a trip, before tickets go on sale where it can. It covers theatre, comedy, sport, art and local events the same way.

3How is braxby different from Bandsintown or Songkick?

Those apps track artists you follow and list their dates. braxby starts from your calendar and what you actually went to, so it also finds the show you didn't know to follow, and it knows when you'll be in another city. It speaks first, once a day at most, rather than giving you a feed to scroll.

4Does braxby find events while I'm travelling?

Yes. It notices a trip in your calendar, builds a page for it, and tells you what's on while you're there: concerts, shows, exhibitions and places to eat, picked for your taste rather than a top-ten list.

5Which cities does braxby cover?

US cities first. braxby follows more than 600 venue and organiser calendars alongside the major ticket sellers, with the deepest coverage in Boston. You can see what it follows city by city at braxby.com/events.

6Does braxby read my email?

No. Signing in with Google asks for your name, your email address and your calendar, and nothing else. If you sign in with Microsoft, braxby looks only for ticket and booking confirmations and never stores the email itself. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

7Does braxby sell tickets?

No. It links you to the seller or the venue. Some links earn braxby a small commission at no cost to you, and that never changes what it shows.

8How much does braxby cost?

The first 30 days are free, with no card. After that, Pro is $69 a year or $9 a month. The free tier keeps working: braxby still writes to you first; Pro watches everything you care about with no ceiling and plans your trips.

9Where can I get it?

The web app works anywhere at app.braxby.com. The Android app is on Google Play in the US. The iPhone app is in review; leave an email on the home page and we'll tell you when it lands.

10How do I delete my data?

In the app: You → Settings → Delete account. Without signing in: braxby.com/delete-account. Everything is erased, not archived.

Try it free for 30 days, no card. Open the web app or get it on Google Play. The iPhone app is on its way; leave an email and we'll tell you when it lands.
